Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • The refund request is made within 2 days (48 hours) from the date of purchase.
  • The item is in its original condition — unused, undamaged, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • The request is accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • If the item was purchased in the wrong size (please refer to our size chart before buying).
  • If the item has been used, worn, damaged, or returned without original packaging and tags.
  • If the request is made after 2 days from the date of purchase.
  • If the item is part of a sale or clearance promotion (unless faulty or damaged).
  • Shipping and handling fees from the original order are non-refundable.

Refund Process

  1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp within 2 days of purchase to request a refund.
  2. Provide proof of purchase and reason for the refund request.
  3. Once approved, return the item as instructed by our customer support team.
  4. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the refund within 7 to 10 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used at checkout.

  • If you paid via M-PESA, the refund will be sent to your M-PESA number.
  • If you used a debit/credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card.
