- The item is in its original condition — unused, undamaged, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- The request is accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- If the item was purchased in the wrong size (please refer to our size chart before buying).
- If the item has been used, worn, damaged, or returned without original packaging and tags.
- If the request is made after 2 days from the date of purchase.
- If the item is part of a sale or clearance promotion (unless faulty or damaged).
- Shipping and handling fees from the original order are non-refundable.
Refund Process

- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the refund within 7 to 10 business days.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used at checkout.
- If you paid via M-PESA, the refund will be sent to your M-PESA number.
- If you used a debit/credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card.
